Psarou Beach, Mykonos

Psarou Beach is one of the most famous and cosmopolitan beaches of Mykonos island, with a distance from Mykonos chora town around 4 kilometers

At psarou beach you can find the well known beach bar and restaurant Nammos where all the public figures will pass from there to enjoy good food and the entertaining music played by DJ Babi.

Because of the publicity of Nammos, sometimes they call the beach as Nammos beach.

The spacious and comfortable lounge chairs are literally on top of one another and access to the rest of the beach is made of a wooden corridor located between the sunbeds and Nammos restaurant.
The rest of the beach are comfortable with spaces without umbrellas and sunbeds and 2 more simple snack bars restaurants  without the required services offered by Nammos.
The edge of Psarou beach is dominated by sun loungers that are only offered for customers that stay on the 5 star hotel BLU.

In front of the hotel there is a path, literally next to the sea, that rises and leads to the main road that goes to the beach of Platis Gialos.
Keep in mind that the beach  is most of the times ideal for swimming even if the wind is much stronger as the mountains behind the beach covers the wind, which is why  large yacht come in the bay of Psarou making it a large open marina.
Access to the sea from the beach is easy walkable and sandy with beautiful crystal clear waters.

On the main road leading to the beach of Platis Gialos and 500 meters before it, on the right, there is the intersection for Psarou Beach (there is a sign)

To go to the beach there are 2 options

Or you can go from the road that leads to the famous Nammos restaurant where you can leave your car to the parking service or you can leave it close to a simple tavern restaurant by your self.
